Doug Rousseau has been a Jersey City resident for nearly 10 years and has been working in the real estate industry for the past 7 years. Born in New Jersey, Doug spent his childhood growing up in Summit before attending Trinity College in Connecticut where he was a theater major focusing on writing and directing. Following college he lived in New Jersey, New York, California and Sydney Australia working in the TV and Film Industry before returning “home” to New Jersey to pursue a career in real estate.

Doug began his real estate career working as an agent in Jersey City and Hoboken and quickly found success working with buyers, sellers, investors and renters, growing his business and making a name for himself in the bustling Hudson County real estate market. In June of 2012 Doug was brought on by Hudson Property Management to lead and grow the sales and rentals department. With the department growing quickly, Hudson Property Management created its own separate brokerage. H Property Brokers was born and Doug was promoted to the Broker of Record for the company. As the company continues to grow exponentially H Property Brokers has established itself as a leader in the sales and rentals of luxury condos and brownstones in Hudson County.
